Product Description

The General Purpose FX (GPFX) Electronics Board will allow you to light up your model and add extra effects to provide a fantastic visual experience to your model. Control up to 150 LED’s from a single board!

From Wild House Models, this GPFX Board will provide up to eight different lighting effects with the option to connect to further GPFX boards for even more lights. The design is 12 volt dc powered and has eight outputs, of which six are analogue and two are digital, and three inputs. The outputs are all rated at 0.5 amps (thats around 25 LEDs each) and the inputs can be switches, sensors etc. The design is such that if more outputs are required, multiple boards can be chained together and communicate with each other. The board has quite a small footprint, just 1.45″ inches long by 1.10″ inches wide and is 0.50″ inches high or 36.8mm x 27.9mm x 12.7mm.

The GPFX board has generic screw connectors to keep the connections between boards and components as simple and as generic as possible for you the modeller – no more soldering!

Choose what Effects you need for the kit you are assembling – whether a Wild House Models Hostile Realms™ kit, or a kit by another manufacturer. We support common effects but if you need further kits supporting or an effect is missing, contract us at getintouch@wildhousmodels.com and we will work to add the program code to the Boards.

NOTE: This Board comes with optional lighting cables and pre-wired LEDs for your kit.
